Phishing Email Quotes New Year Speech

One day after North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's televised New Year speech, North Korean hackers sent phishing emails with malicious attachments masquerading as analysis of the speech targeted at South Koreans. The sender of the emails impersonated a South Korean state agency and included the name of a Seoul-based think tank in the subject title. If recipients download the attachment, malware will be installed on the computer and hackers will be able to obtain access to the infected server.
