SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER Managed Security Services / Singapore


  • Manage and deliver successful transition to operation
  • Manage and refine the service delivery processes to customers
  • Be the point of contact for customers, as well as within the organisation regarding all operational issues
  • Translate customer requirements into working instructions for the delivery teams, and create procedures
  • Ensure that quality services are delivered according to the agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage SLAs, incidents, problems and changes, as well as project profit-and-loss (P&L)
  • Continuously improve service standards
  • Provide operational reports to customers
  • Build and maintain customer relationships


  • Degree in IT or computer-related field
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in a managed security services provider or vendor, and working in pre-sales
  • Possess technical and security knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP)
  • Knowledge of other security protocols (e.g. Kerberos, and IPSec) will be an advantage
  • Able to create reports, make recommendations and present findings to customers
  • Certifications in Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) would be advantageous
  • Certifications in training courses of major security vendors (e.g. FireEye, and Sourcefire) would be advantageous
  • Good communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Knowledge in BS7799 will be an advantage
